At Kyloe, we like to bring you a wine list that constantly evolves and compliments our seasonally changing a la carte menu so we are delighted to announce the launch our brand new wine list and would like to tell you a bit about our inspiration!
One of the consistent, latent influences on a restaurant’s wine list is the ever changing fashion toward grapes and regions that dictate consumer behaviour. With that in mind, our new list features some very fruit driven, refreshing whites that are very popular currently and thoroughly support our motto that you don’t need to drink red wine with red meat! Contrary to popular belief, robust, creamy whites can perfectly compliment the buttery flavour of quality beef. Don’t believe us? Why not try our Spanish Rioja blanco or the Italian Soave Classico ‘La Rocca’ with your next steak?
As part of our continuous effort to bring you delicious wines that we are passionate about, some of our team were lucky enough to visit the Paternina vineyard to learn about and fully appreciate Spanish Riojas. They were particularly enamoured with the Crianza variety which reportedly accompanies fish equally as well as meat. We suspect that will be one to look out for on our list in the future!
As always, if you would like any information about any of our wines, you need only ask your server! Our suppliers are dedicated to training and ensure our staff have the education and enthusiasm to help you choose the perfect wine to suit both your palette and your meal!
